Welcome to Preppr, a service provided by Subhash Ventures, Inc ("Subhash Ventures"). Preppr offers a one-stop shop mobile application for preppers. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which govern your access to and use of our mobile application, Preppr ("Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available to anyone interested in utilizing our prepper-focused features. Users must be of legal age to form a binding contract with Subhash Ventures and not barred from using the Service under applicable laws.
3. Service Description
Preppr provides a platform for preppers to track, share, and improve their preparedness activities. Users can access various features, upload content, and interact with other users within the app.
4. Account Registration
To use Preppr, you need to create an account by providing basic information such as a username and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Preppr. By uploading content, you grant Subhash Ventures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
6. Purchases and Payments
Preppr offers a premium subscription service, Preppr Pro, which is available through in-app purchases on iOS. All payments are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms of service and privacy policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Preppr app, including its design, features, and content provided by Subhash Ventures, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks or other brand elements without our prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Upload any content that infringes on the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
9. Privacy and Data Security

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Preppr is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Subhash Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Subhash Ventures reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service following such changes will indicate your acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
